New Delhi: The sixth phase of elections will be held on 25th. The polling will be held in the capital city of Delhi. On behalf of the Election Commission, a special arrangement has been made for people above 85 years of age to sit and vote at home. That’s why special voting for adults has been started. Meanwhile, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, former Vice President Mohammad Hamid Ansari, former Deputy Prime Minister LK Advani and former Union Minister Dr. Murali Manohar Joshi.
This special “home voting” system started by the Election Commission will continue till May 24. So till today, a total of 1409 voters have voted at home in all seven parliamentary constituencies of Delhi. In the West Delhi election, the highest number of votes was 389. In which 299 adults. Similarly, on the first day, 14,82 people reached their homes and collected their votes. Even today, election officials are reaching out to people and accepting votes.
It is worth noting that 5,406 senior citizens and dignitaries will vote at home in the whole of Delhi. Election officials will collect votes from them within 24 days. Then on May 25, common people will vote their votes for 7 Lok Sabha seats in Delhi.
