New Delhi: A warrant was issued in the name of Kejriwal. The Delhi court issued a warrant regarding the ED charge sheet.
Delhi’s Rose Avenue Court on Tuesday issued a production warrant against Delhi Chief Minister and AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal based on the chargesheet filed by the ED in the Delhi office corruption case. In addition to this, the court ordered all the accused to appear on July 12.
After accepting the charge sheet filed by the ED, the bench of Special Judge Kaberi Baobeja heard the case and issued the warrant against Kejriwal and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). On the other hand, in the charge sheet submitted by the ED on May 17, B App has been named as an accused.
It is worth noting that the ED arrested Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on March 21 in the case of Delhi office corruption. Since then he has been in Tihar jail .
