New Delhi: Campaigning for the second phase of the general elections has started today. This will be voted on 26 April. On the one hand, BJP’s star campaigners are campaigning vigorously, while on the other hand, the heavyweight leaders of Congress are also taking responsibility for the election and campaigning vigorously to win Mission 2024. On the last day of the second phase of campaigning, Priyanka Gandhi will address an election rally in Wayanad, Kerala. He will beg for votes from the common people for his brother Rahul Gandhi. The general secretary of the Congress will also hold three separate meetings. Election campaigning for the second phase of polling has started today. Polling will be held on April 26 in 89 seats of 13 states and union territories.
Along with this, Rahul Gandhi will visit Maharashtra. Where he will address a public meeting for Amaravati Congress candidate Balwant Wankhede at 1.15 pm. After Amaravati, Rahul Gandhi will visit Solapur at 3.55 pm and there he will campaign for Congress candidate Praniti Sinde. Apart from this, Congress president Mallikarjun Khadge will visit Karnataka today, where he is scheduled to hold several public meetings. Khadge will first go to Kulbergi and hold a public meeting in Afzalpur at 12 noon. He will address a public meeting at Alandar in Karnataka at 2.30 pm and another gathering at 5.30 pm.

Information that the campaign for the second phase of the Lok Sabha elections will be closed today and the polling will start from 7 am on April 26 and will end at 5 pm. According to the Election Commission (ECI) schedule, the third phase will be held on May 7, the fourth phase on May 13, the fifth phase on May 20, the sixth phase on May 25 and the last phase on June 1. Counting of votes will be done on June 4. Assembly elections will be held in Andhra Pradesh and Odisha on May 13.
