17 cities above 40 degrees: to 20 chance of rain

Bhubaneswar: Despite the onset of monsoon in the state, the heat continues. For two more days, Kalbal will shoot. Coastal Odisha will experience unbearable shelling. During these two days, there is a chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon at various places, but the rain will continue. Today, the temperature is above 40 degrees in 17 places of the state. Baripada recorded the highest temperature of 42.4 degrees.

Then the amount of rain will increase in the state from 19th. The weather department has predicted heavy rain in some places.

On the other hand, the temperature of 17 cities in the state has been recorded above 40 degrees today. Baripada has become the hottest city with 42.4 degrees. 42 degrees in Buddhism, 41 in Nua Para. 6, Bhubaneswar, Bhavanipatna, Sundergarh recorded 41 degrees, Parlakhemundi, Angul and Dhenkanal recorded 40.7 degrees, and Khurda recorded 40.5 degrees.
