Bhawanipatna: The car hit the tractor. 4 lives were lost on the spot. Some such fatal accidents have happened in Khadial-Bhawanipatna Lachipur chowk. The car hit the tractor on the said street on Sunday late night. As a result, 4 people in the car died on the spot.
