New Delhi: NASA astronaut Sunita Williams is preparing for the third space mission. Sunita Williams will join NASA’s Boeing Crew Flight Test aboard the International Space Station. This is Sunita’s third mission to the International Space Station. The mission launch from Cape Canaveral Space Launch Complex-41 is scheduled for May 6. Sunita and NASA astronauts will travel to the Space Center aboard Boeing’s Starline Starline spacecraft, where they will stay for a week. The United Launch Atlas V rocket will launch the spacecraft. The mission will test the Starliner system’s ability to launch, deliver astronauts, and return to Earth. Williams served as flight engineer on Expedition 14/15 from December 2006 to June 2007. Sunita traveled to space for the first time on December 9, 2006.
He stayed at the International Space Center for more than a month. During that time, he left the ISS four times and walked in space. On the second day, 2012, on July 15, Sunita traveled to space from the Baikanur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan using the Soyuz-15M rocket. Then on May 6, Sunita will travel in the Boeing Company’s Starline space vehicle, according to NASA.
