Bhubaneswar: International sand sculptor Padmashri Sudarshan Patnaik has fallen ill. He informed about this through his social media platform X. Sudarshan Patnaik fell ill on Tuesday and was admitted to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar. He was admitted to the hospital for treatment due to difficulty in breathing and feeling sick.

In the X-ray, he wrote, Jai Jagannath! I have been admitted to a private hospital probably due to respiratory problems post covid. Doctors are monitoring my health. After this post of his, wishes for healing have been received from various quarters.
