Prime Minister Modi appeal for more votes

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi appeal to the voters during the seventh and last phase of the Lok Sabha election. Prime Minister Modi has appeal to the people to participate in this great festival of democracy and vote as much as possible. In a post on social media platform X, Modi said, “I request to vote in large numbers in 57 Lok Sabha and Union Territories constituencies.” The more votes, the stronger our democracy will be. I request the young voters of the country and the women of the country to come forward with great enthusiasm to participate in this great festival of democracy and cast their vote. Your vote is your voice.

Similarly, BJP Kendrapada Lok Sabha candidate Baijayant Panda has also appeal to the countrymen to vote. Baijayant posted on his social media platform X and said, “First voting, then drinking.” Voting is not only your right but also your duty. So vote yourself and ask your family, friends and neighbors to vote. For those who are voting for the first time, especial those who are interested in participating in this great festival of democracy, they should assert their right to vote.

Today is the seventh and last round of election. Voting has started in a total of 57 Lok Sabha seats in 8 states/UTs including Bihar, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. On the other hand, voting has also started for the remaining 42 Assembly seats of Odisha Assembly.
Voting started from 7 am and will end at 6 pm. Around 1.09 lakh polling centers have been set up for the seventh phase of voting while 10.9 lakh polling officers are engaged. Similarly, the fate of 904 candidates will be determined in the last phase of the election. More than 10.06 crore voters will vote in this round of elections. Out of them 5.24 crore men, 4.82 crore women and 3574 third gender voters.
