NEET-UG EXAM TODAY: EXAM CENTERS IN 557 CITIES OF THE COUNTRY

New Delhi: Medical Entrance (NEET-UG) Exam today. More than 24 lakh students will take the exam in the country. The test will be conducted in 557 cities. About 65 thousand students from Odisha have registered their names. The exam will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm. NET UG exam will be conducted in 13 regional languages with emphasis on National Education Policy 2020.

There are about 2 lakh seats in medical courses like MBBS and BDS in the country. NTA has issued exam guidelines and dress code for NET exam. Students who do not follow this dress code will not be allowed to enter the examination center. Boys appearing for NEET UG exam will have to wear half sleeve shirt or t-shirt and sandals. It is mandatory for girls to wear light clothing and heels and shoes without accessories and jewellery. Girls are not allowed to wear any kind of kurti and restrictions have also been imposed on taking electronic goods. Biometric verification will be done for both candidates and invigilators. It has been informed by the NTA that the flying sword will be visited and the AI cooler will be used. No break will be given to any candidate after about 1 hour after the start of the examination and half an hour before the end. The result will be published on the NTA website on June 14.
