Modi paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi before taking oath

New Delhi: Narendra Modi is going to become the Prime Minister of the country for the third time. President Draupadi Murmu will read the oath of office and secrecy to the Prime Minister and other members of the Union Cabinet today at 7:15 PM. However, before taking the oath, Mahatma Gandhi reached the Raj Ghat and paid tribute to the father of the nation. Along with this, Modi has also paid tribute to former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. From there, Modi directly reached the War Memorial and paid tribute to the martyrs. Meanwhile, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and BJP National President JP Nadda were also present with him.

According to the information, Modi will take oath as the Prime Minister of the country for the third time and will be equivalent to Pandit Nehru. More than 8 thousand guests including 7 world leaders will also attend the swearing ceremony. Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe, Peninsular President Mohammed Muizu, Vice President of Sicily Ahmed Arif, Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Mauritius Prime Minister Pravind Kumar Jagannath, Nepal Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Bhutan Prime Minister Tsering Tobge will attend the ceremony. On the other hand, security has been tightened in Delhi for Narendra Modi’s swearing-in ceremony. Paramilitary forces and NSG commandos have been killed in the Rashtrapati Bhawan area. In addition, some areas of Delhi have been declared ‘no fly zones’ and the flying of airplanes, helicopters, balloons, and drones has been banned.
