It is raining all over the state, yellow warning has been issued for heavy rain in all these districts

Bhubaneswar: Rain will continue throughout the state today. Meteorological Department has informed about heavy to very heavy rain in 7 districts. Similarly, heavy rain is likely to occur in 9 districts. It will continue to rain for the next 3 days. The cyclonic storm formed in the Bay of Bengal is located in the northwest and adjacent west central regions. As a result, it is raining all over Odisha.

The regional weather center has issued a warning that there will be heavy rain in the whole country for the next three days. A warning has been issued to Ganjam, Kandhamal, Puri, Khordha, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara and Bhadrak districts for heavy rain. Similarly, there will be heavy rain in Baleswar, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Jajpur, Cuttack, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Bargarh and Sundargarh districts.

In the next two days, there will be heavy rain in one or two places of Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Keonjhar and Deogarh districts. During the 30th, all the districts of coastal Odisha including adjacent districts will be affected temporarily. There will be lightning, thunder and rain. There is a risk of wind blowing at a speed of 30 to 40 km per hour. That’s why yellow warning has been issued.
