From July 1, complaints will be registered on the portal of the state government

Bhubaneswar: General complaint hearing will start from July 1. The Chief Minister has ordered to hear general complaints once again from Monday, July 1st. At the district level, district magistrates and SPs will hear general complaints.

Joint public hearing of all districts and all departments of the government will begin from July 1. The state government has ordered that every Monday for general complaints on Wednesday. Each complaint has been asked to be registered on the state government’s census portal. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi gave this order yesterday before leaving for a visit to Delhi.

Along with this, it has been directed to keep a record of all the complaints that came up for hearing. Additional Chief Secretary Surendra Kumar has issued an order. It is worth noting that, during the BJD government, every Monday, departmental secretary, department head and district magistrates-SPs used to hear public complaints. However, the public hearing was closed for the last few months due to the model code of conduct imposed for the general elections. Now the government has ordered to restart it.
