Bhubaneswar: Samir Das left BJD. Nimapada MLA and former minister Samir Ranjan Das has resigned as primary member of BJD. Samir was unhappy with the ticket. His resignation letter sent to party supremo Naveen Patnaik.
Samir informed about the team left through a video message. In this video, he said the reason for leaving the party. He said, the state BJD leader has lost faith in me and GOP has also lost faith in BJD organization. Samir Ranjan Das said that it is not right to be in the party where the leader has lost faith. He became MLA from BJD in 2009, 2014 and 2019. Earlier it was said that he was unhappy. In Nimapada, he repeatedly showed strength. But he was unhappy as the team did not get tickets. Currently, he has resigned from the position of primary member of BJD.
