But sometimes these dry fruits can cause harm instead of benefits. Because excessive consumption of dry fruits is harmful to health. If its quantity is high in the body, health problems appear.

Dry fruits are consumed to fill the lack of essential nutrients in the body. It nourishes the body. The protein, omega-3 and amino acids in it are very beneficial for health. Doctors advise to eat dry fruits like almonds, raisins, pistachios, cashews, walnuts.

Eating too many dry fruits can lead to fat accumulation in the body. Accumulation of fat can lead to other health problems including obesity. Also, eating too many dry fruits can cause constipation, bloating and abdominal pain.

If you want to add dry fruits to your diet, keep in mind that it should be limited to 25 to 50 grams. Do not eat more than 50 grams of dry fruits per day.
