Bhubaneswar: Today is the second day of the three-day Raja festival and Raja Sankranti. The people of the state are happily rearing horses all around. Even on the second day of Pahili Raja, they eat pod pie and raja paan, starting with young children, virgin girls wear new clothes, dance with their friends, dance with their friends and dance with their friends.
