Bhadrak: Fatal road accident in Bhadrak. A truck loaded with peanuts fell down the bridge after hitting a power pole near Gelpur Street on the 16th National Highway. The driver and helper were seriously injured in the accident. Both have been admitted to Bhadrak District General Hospital.
According to the news, this morning the truck was going from Cuttack to Baltimore with a load of bananas. Meanwhile, near Gelpur Street, the truck hit the electric pole and fell down the bridge.
The local people rescued the helper and the driver in a critical condition and admitted them to the Bhadrak District General Hospital. News Bhadrak rural police seized the truck and started investigation into the incident.
