Yesterday, when some students were sitting in the library in the basement of Rao IS Coaching Center in Old Rajendra Nagar, the water suddenly flooded. The stream of water was so steep that the children could not hold themselves. However, the local people said that such a situation arose due to the bursting of any drain or sewage line. About 12 feet of water was flowing in the basement. As a result, many students were drowned in the stream of water.
