New Delhi: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has opened his mouth on the issue of cheating in NEET and NEET exams in the country. “I want to assure everyone that the government is committed to protecting the interests of students,” Dharmendra said at a press conference.

In the press conference, Dharmendra said, “No one will be spared in this incident.” The government cares about the future security of the students. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that the investigation of the incident is going on, after finding clear evidence, action will be taken. He further said, “Strict action will be taken against anyone who is guilty of NTA.” A committee will be formed to make NTA more efficient. In addition, the committee will make recommendations regarding the formation and management of NTA.

Dharmendra also said that the incident of net question paper leak was known from dark web and telegram. We announced the cancellation of the exam immediately after the incident came to light. A CBI inquiry into the incident was also ordered to cancel the exam. However, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has appealed not to spread rumors in such a sensitive incident.

It is worth noting that the National Union of Indian Students surrounded the residence of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan in New Delhi today in the case of cheating in NEET and NEET exams. The police also picked up some of the protesting students. On the other hand, NEET examinee Anurag Yadav, who was arrested this morning for NEET examination irregularities, has admitted that the question paper was leaked.

It is to be noted that the NEET-UG examination for admission to medical courses was held on May 5. About 24 lakh students of the country took this entrance exam in 4,750 centers. 67 candidates were given the highest number and placed in rank one. Six children from an examination center in Haryana scored the highest marks. Questions have been raised about the number of 100 percent marks given to the students of some examination centers. The students and their guardians have approached the Supreme Court demanding Sani examination. Protests against examination irregularities continue in various states.
