New Delhi: Suryakumar Yadav failed to bat in the T20 World Cup final against South Africa. But his fielding skills have left an indelible impression on the hearts of Indian fans.

India won the T20 World Cup final by defeating South Africa by a narrow margin of 7 runs in a match play at Kensington Oval on Saturday.

Miller hits Hardik Pandya’s first ball to complete the target of 16 runs. But Suryakumar Yadav’s brilliant catch near the boundary rope took a decisive turn in India’s favour.

As a skilled cricketer, Suryakumar jumped to stop the ball when it seemed to cross the boundary. With remarkable presence of mind, he threw the ball before crossing the rope. Then regaining his balance, he once again entered the field and took a catch that amazed the audience. This catch was not just an ordinary catch but it made it easy for India to win the match.

In this match, India scored 176 runs by losing 7 wickets due to Virat Kohli’s 76 runs. But after Heinrich Klaasen scored a brilliant 52 run from 27 ball, South Africa could not face the Indian bowling and achieved defeat. And the dream of winning the World Cup has become a dream again for this team.
