Suddenly, the black desert turned into a forest, and the lives of 4 forest workers were lost

Almora: There was a fire in the forest. Suddenly the evergreen forest turned into a black desert. 4 forest workers were burnt alive inside. Such a rare incident happened in Binsar forest of Almora district of Uttarakhand. There was such a terrible fire on Thursday afternoon and it has not calmed down till now. While trying to extinguish the fire, 4 forest workers were burnt alive while 4 others were admitted to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

It is worth noting that on Thursday afternoon, after receiving information about the fire in Binsar forest of Almora district of Uttarakhand, a team of 8 forest personnel reached the spot and tried to douse the fire. When they reached the spot, they were engulfed in flames due to the strong wind. As a result, 4 of them were burnt alive on the spot while 4 others were seriously injured. Although they have been admitted to a nearby medical center, it has been reported that their condition is critical as many parts of their bodies have been burnt in the fire. However, there is no more information about the status of the forest now. Because the fire has not subsided till now.For this reason, the forest department cannot go to the scene.

On the other hand, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami has expressed deep sorrow over the incident and has ordered all arrangements for further treatment of the seriously injured. Along with this, he also ordered to make arrangements to send the critical patients to AEMS in Rushikesh by airlifting them. In addition, he has announced to pay Rs 10 lakh to the family of each deceased forest employee
