Bhubaneswar, 6th February, 2024 : The 7th Navodaya Alumni Association of Odisha (NAAO) Annual Alumni Meet concluded with resounding success, marking a significant milestone in fostering camaraderie and intellectual exchange within the Navodaya community. Held at the Rail Auditorium in Bhubaneswar, the event attracted an impressive turnout of more than 1000 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) alumni from Odisha, along with Navodayans guests from various states.
The Annual Alumni Meet featured a diverse range of activities designed to engage and inspire attendees. The final round of the NAAO Super Quiz – 3.0 tested participants’ knowledge and wit, while the NAAO Filmfest Show provided a platform to showcase creative talents within the Navodaya family. Cultural performances, including dance recitals by Petit Navodayans, added vibrancy and color to the event, highlighting the rich cultural heritage of the Navodaya community.
Distinguished speakers, including Chief Speaker Colonel (Dr.) Lalita Patnaik, MD (Obstetrics and Gynaec), and Chief Guest Prof. Bidhu K Mohanti, Director-Academic, Bagchi Sri Shankara Cancer Centre, delivered inspiring addresses, urging attendees to strive for excellence and contribute positively to society.
