Bhubaneswar: An MoU has been signed between the Deemed to Be University of Education and Research (SOA) and IMGEX India Private Limited in Bhubaneswar.
The research program will involve SOA’s Center for Industrial Biotechnology Research (CBR) and IGMEX India Pvt. Which is one of the leading biotechnology company with a state-of-the-art research and development (R&D) facility housed in the Infocity complex.
SOA Vice-Chancellor Professor (Dr. Pradeep Kumar Nand) and Founder and MD of IMGEX India Pvt. Ltd. Dr. Sujay Singh signed the MoU.
Under the agreement, IMGEX and CIBR will conduct joint task force studies and apply for projects for state, national and international grants.
IMGEX, one of the largest manufacturers of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies in India, will be present at SOA from time to time for clinical trials of its diagnostic and therapeutic products and will act as the nodal agency for the CIBR MoU.
SOA and IGMEX will jointly organize refresher courses, orientations, internships and workshops on advanced topics or topics related to public health emergencies and topics of research importance.
