Cuttack: Actor and BJP leader Anubhav Mohanty has increased odds. The Cuttack JMFC Court has dismissed the appeal of Anubhav Mohanty in the case of torture of Barsha against Anubhav Mohanty.

Anubhav Mohanty filed a discharge petition stating that the allegations were false. On the other hand, the order of the JMFC court for the charge frame on May 10. It is worth noting that in 2020, MP Anubhav Mohanty filed a rape case against him. He requested the court to cancel it. Anubhav’s discharge petition was opposed by the government lawyers and the next hearing of the case has been fixed on the 10th.
