Bhubaneswar: Dhauli police station is continuing the investigation in the case of journalist Madhumita Parida’s suicide. The accused husband has been remanded by the police. Today, the police searched the house of the accused Sridhar. Police have seized a suicide note from the Bapujinagar rented house where Madhumita lives. It has been informed that the police will take the accused husband Sridhar to the scene and search. On the other hand, Sridhar refuted the allegations made by Madhumita’s family. Madhumita and her family already know that he is already married and divorced, said Sridhar.
According to the information, due to storm in married life, Madhumita was accused of committing suicide by jumping in front of the train on the evening of July 24th. But Madhumita’s family accused the girl of being killed. Madhumita’s husband Sridhar Jena was arrested on the basis of the family’s complaint.
Before her death, Madhumita posted a video of about 4 minutes on her Instagram. In the video, Madhumita alleged that her husband was cheating on her by having an affair with another girl. The police has started a crackdown to remove the veil from the case of journalist Madhumita’s death. Meanwhile, accused Sridhar’s mobile has been sent to the lab for examination.
