LOW PRESSURE IN THE BAY OF BENGAL FROM TODAY, THE APPEARANCE OF NEB PRECIPITATION ON THE 24TH

Bhubaneswar: A low pressure area has formed in the Bay of Bengal from today. It will condense further. It will gradually move towards North East and turn into precipitation by 24th. By the evening of 25th, it will condense and reach North East Bay of Bengal and North West Bay of Bengal. According to the information of IMD DG Mrutyunjaya Mohapatra, there will be no direct impact of low pressure on Odisha. So it will not have any direct impact on Odisha.

Meteorological Department has issued an alert for rain in 2 districts only on 25th and 26th. Rain is likely to occur in Bhadrak and Balasore districts on 25th. IMD DG Mrutyunjaya Mohapatra said that there may be heavy rain in some places of both the districts. Therefore, fishermen are prohibited from going to the sea from the 23rd. Along with this, those who are at sea have also been instructed to return by 23rd.

Wind speed is likely to be 50 to 60 km on 24th. As a result, there is a risk that the room will be restless. Fishermen from the east coast and Andaman and Nicobar have been banned from going to sea. Those who have entered the room are advised to return immediately. However, by 26th, there will be rain in different parts of the state.
