Pant scored 62 runs in 18 balls against Mohit Sharma of Gujarat Titans. It includes 7 streets and 3 streets. He broke Usman Khan’s record of 54 off 18 balls. He made this run against Qais Ahmed in PSL. Similarly, this is the highest run scored against a bowler in one innings in T20 innings.Before him, Virat Kohli scored 52 off 17 balls against Umesh Yadav. Hashim Amla collected 51 runs from 16 balls against Lasith Malinga. On the strength of Pant’s impressive innings, Delhi easily beat Gujarat Titans and kept their hopes of entering the playoffs alive.
