Cuttack: Vigilance raid at Cuttack circle OBCC additional chief’s house. OBCC conducted vigilance at the house of additional chief Pradeep Rath. The vigilance team is raiding 12 places simultaneously. Vigilance raided Pradeep Rath’s house today on charges of misappropriation of income. It has been installed in 12 places in Cuttack, Khurda, Bhadrak, Jajpur and Bhubaneswar.
Pradeep’s house in Bhubaneswar Satyabihar and apartment in Chandrakhesharpur, Bhadrak Acharya Nagar in Agrapada, his parents’ house in Agarpada and the office in Cuttack Barbati Stadium premises. There is information that the medicine shop in the name of Pradeep’s son in Indradhanu Market in Bhubaneswar has been looted. Pradeep’s relatives’ houses in Jajpur and Khurda have also been raided.
9 DSPs and 11 inspectors have been involved in this investigation. Pradeep’s house has been raided on the allegation of misappropriation of assets. After investigating the incident, the vigilance officer raided 12 places around 4:00 this morning.
