New Delhi: The International Cricket Council on Friday announced the list of speakers for the one-day cricket World Cup to be held in India. Eminent speakers such as Nasir Hussain, Ian Bishop and Ian Smith have been included. Sunil Gavaskar, Harsh Vogle, Ravi Shastri, Sanjay Manjrekar, Dinesh Karthik and Anjum Chopra have been given opportunities from India. Other nations include Australia’s Shane Watson, Ricky Ponting, Lisa Thaleckar, Aaron Fitch, Matthew Hayden, Dirk Nanes, Mark Howard. Nasir Hussain, Michael Arthur, Eoin Morgan, Mark Nicholls, Ian Ward from England.
Ian Bishop and Samuel Badree from West Indies. Cass Naidoo, Sean Pollack, Natalia Germanas from South Africa. Ian Smith, Simon Dull, Kate Martin from New Zealand. Russell Arnaud from Sri Lanka. Ramiz Raja, Waqar Younis from Pakistan. Athar Ali Shaw from Bangladesh and Pumelo Bangwa from Zimbabwe have been included in this team. The World Cup will start on October 5. The first match will be played between England and New Zealand.
