Ranchi: 3 trains have been canceled after the Howrah-Mumbai Express derailment. In this incident, 2 passengers died and more than 150 passengers were injured. On the other hand, Howrah-Titilagarh-Kantabanji Steel Express has been cancelled. Khadagpur-Dhanabad, Howrah-Bhubaneswar-Howrah Janstabdi Cancelled. Similarly, 3 trains were canceled and 8 trains were rescheduled.
According to the information, the Howrah-Mumbai Express train line has been disconnected. Howrah Mumbai Express has been derailed near Barabambo in Jharkhand. 18 coaches of the train have been disconnected. It is known that the train derailed after hitting a freight track. The train was derailed at around 3:45 am. Multiple ambulances have arrived at the scene to rescue the injured.
The injured were rescued and admitted to the local medical center. NDRF team is present at the spot. The accident happened 7 km away from Rajkharsumaan in Chakardharpur division.
