Bhubaneswar: The Indian senior men’s team will practice in Bhubaneswar for the important FIFA World Cup qualifiers to be held next month. This preparation will start from May 10 in the training of coach Iger Stimak. After that, the Indian team will go to Kolkata to face Kuwait. This match will be played on June 2. India defeated Kuwait by 1-0 in November last year. India will meet Qatar on June 11. Earlier, Qatar defeated India by 3-0 at King’s Stadium.
While Qatar is at the top with 4 wins, India and Afghanistan are in second place with 4 points each. India is likely to advance to the World Cup qualification stage if they win both matches.
