Athagarh: Saplings were planted along with the formation of Eco Club on the sixth day of the school-wide education week at Rasarasikapur School in Athagarh. On the first day of this week-long program, the students were presented with the preparation of learning materials, on the 2nd day basic literacy and numeracy, on the 3rd day story telling, on the 4th day sports competition and on the 5th day the students performed dance and music through cultural programs. On the sixth day, under the coordination of Headmaster Debraj Naik, Eco Club formation and sapling planting program was organized. In this, Headmaster Mr. Nayak, along with CRCC Muralidhar Sahu and other teachers/teachers explained to the students the purpose of forming Eco Club and the benefits of trees and the need of trees for environmental protection.
