Bhubaneswar: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is now excited for the visit of major central leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Odisha. This series of visits is expected to strengthen the party’s election campaign in the state.

While his first election program will be held in Odisha on the 6th, public meetings will be organized in Brahampur and Nabarangpur. Modi’s earlier comments have stirred up the political landscape with the erosion of orthodox language and identity becoming an important electoral issue.

Similarly, the Minister of External Affairs will come to Odisha today after holding talks with intellectuals and media representatives in Bhubaneswar and then hold talks in Cuttack and Sambalpur.

On the 5th, the BJP national president will discuss the election strategy with the party members in Cuttack after the party’s election orientation meeting in Bhubaneswar.

The visit schedule has been issued after the Union Home Minister Amit Shah called for a change in the state government regarding the identity and administrative problems of the Ordained. Similarly, Nadda raised questions about the leadership skills in Odisha and warned about outside influence in the state governance.

The strategic involvement of more than 30 senior BJP leaders, including Biplab Deb and Bhupendra Yadav, indicates the high-level commitment of the central leadership to Odisha’s general elections, political commentators say, signaling a new direction in the state’s electoral politics.
