Bhubaneswar: Urban Development Minister reached Unit-3 Masjid Colony after the death of a minor drowned in a canal on Tuesday afternoon. The dead body was recovered from a canal near Laxmi Sagar Oscar City. The minister reached the spot and said why the barricade was not done, he ordered the BMC commissioner to report by evening.
