Bhubaneswar: Worrying about dengue. Dengue has crossed 500 cases in the state, while the number of dengue cases has crossed 100 cases in the capital.
In the last 24 hours, 93 samples have been tested at Capital Hospital, while 3 of them have been identified as positive. As a result, the total number of infected has reached 115. On the other hand, between January and July 15, about 320 cases have been detected from Khordha district. According to the director of the hospital, 200 to 300 cold fever patients are coming to the hospital daily and one third of them have dengue symptoms.
On the other hand, after the onset of rainy days, because of the increase in mosquito infestation in the city, the remedial measures such as bush cutting and mosquito oil spraying have been started. The BMC health officer informed that fogging will start in the city from July 20. Along with this, BMC health officer advised to keep the house clean and drink boiling water once every seven day to avoid dengue.
