          Due to floods and rains in Delhi, the risk of diseases like dengue, chikungunya and malaria has increased. To deal with them, the Delhi government has now alert for this situation. Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj held a review meeting with officials of various departments On Tuesday (July 18), In this meeting, Health Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj directed to strictly implement mosquito prevention measures in schools and take help of school children for prevention of dengue.

In this meeting, officials of Health Department of Education,  Irrigation and Flood Control Department,  etc. were present.

Children ware instruct to wear full sleeve clothes so that mosquitoes do not bite. School children will fulfill their responsibility through dengue homework to spread awareness and not allow stagnant water to collect anywhere in their homes. The Delhi government will also take the help of government school children to deal with dengue.

Te Health Minister was said that if the student does not have full sleeve school uniform, then he can be allowed to wear any clothes including full sleeve shirt, slacks. Apart from this, the MCD and the Education Department of Delhi Government were directed that a card would be given to the school students in the name of dengue homework.
