Crocodile in Marjakud Ghat, people panic

Boudh: Due to heavy rains in Boudh district for the past few days, flood water has reached the banks of the river. After the first flood water was released from the Hirakud Dam on 28th, there was a flood in the district. So that when people are worried about the flood, now for the last seven days in Heb district, a big crocodile has been seen in different ghats of Mahanadi. The people of the local area are panicking about that. People are scared to see the crocodile roaming in different ghats of Marjakud island since Monday. It has been seven days since the crocodile came and stayed in Kardi, Hatgaon ghat of Harbhanga block, it appeared in Marjakud ghat since yesterday. After this news spread, people did not feel that they should go to the river for fear of crocodiles. On the other hand, the forest department is guarding the river for the protection of crocodiles. People are being prevented from going there. Due to the flood in the river, the crocodile seems to have moved away from Tikarpada. While the fishermen make a living by catching fish every day, they are also afraid to go to the river because of the crocodiles. Because the crocodile is big, the local residents have expressed that something may happen at any moment.
