Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Mohan Majhi’s complaint hearing camp has started today. The camp will be in Chief Minister’s Complaint Room at Unit-5. The state government will listen to the problem and take steps to solve it. Here, Chief Minister Mohan Majhi will hear the complaint and give orders to solve it. The Chief Minister will hear complaints every Monday.
For the hearing of the complaint, registration has to be done between 9 am and 12 pm. Interested persons can attend and get their registration done. When the barricade is prepared outside the complaint room, the public will come and report the problem to the Chief Minister. Drinking water and other arrangements have also been made in the chief minister’s complaint room for the people coming from far away.
Similarly, the District Magistrates have also been instructed to listen to the complaints of the people every Monday at the district level. Each complaint has been asked to be registered on the state government’s census portal. After hearing the complaint, there is an order to send its report to the Chief Minister’s office. Special arrangements have been made in the camp for disabled, women and senior citizens. The chief minister’s complaint hearing room is starting after almost a year. Additional Chief Secretary of Public Administration Department has informed that all kinds of problems of the people will be solved.
