The state politics of Odisha has changed in the current election. Yesterday, after BJD lost power, BSKY was closed. Even so, there were allegations that some private hospitals were returning patients. Chief Secretary Pradeep Jena cleared the confusion through a video message.
He said that BSKOBY scheme is currently in force. Until the new government has not decided in this regard. Till then this program will continue. Hospitals cannot neglect or discharge BSKY beneficiaries.
Patients will also not be reimbursed for BSKY cards. Chief Administrative Secretary Pradeep Jena said that if any medical center neglects Gogi, strict action will be taken against them.
