New Delhi: Barun Gandhi will not contest Lok Sabha elections. MP and BJP leader Barun Gandhi did not get a ticket from Pilibhita Lok Sabha seat in Uttar Pradesh this time. There was speculation that he might contest the election as an independent candidate. It was also said that he may contest the election on a Socialist Party ticket. Now all the speculation is over. Barun has decided not to contest the election this time. He will concentrate on campaigning for his mother Maneka Gandhi in Sultanpur.

Jeten Prasad has been replaced by Barun. BJP president Chowdhury Bhupendra Singh recently reacted to the denial of ticket to Subrun. He said that the party has not given ticket to Barun Gandhi this time. But he is with BJP. The party leadership must have something good in mind for him. Earlier Barun was called to go to Congress. But Barun is an honest soldier of BJP. The party strongly believes that he will always be with the BJP.

We will tell you that Barun Gandhi has also submitted his nomination papers. He then discussed that he could rebel against the Bharatiya Janata Party and contest the Lok Sabha elections as an independent from the BJP.
