Subarnapur: Death of Odia student at IIT Hyderabad. The dead body of the student was recovered from a locked room. The deceased student has been identified as Mamita Naik, the daughter of Dukhishyam Naik of Dumuri village in Birmaharajpur block of Subarnapur district.
Mamita’s dead body was found hanging from a locked room of the hostel. The IIT authorities informed the student’s family. Later, it seems that the family went there and made arrangements to bring the dead body. However, while the cause of the student’s death is unclear, Mamita’s family has accused her of murder.
According to the family members, her daughter was killed. While the college authorities say it was a suicide, the family has accused them of murder. Regarding Mamita’s murder, her father said that my daughter was a bright student, she was being bullied in college. He did not commit suicide but was killed. However, now the suspense is increasing due to Mamita’s death. On July 26, Mamita enrolled in the first year of M.Tech and went to the hostel. It is unclear why the student committed suicide within 10 days.
