New Delhi: Before the budget session of the Parliament, the government has called an all-party meeting with the leaders of various political parties. If Rahul Gandhi joins, then it will be the first time the leader of the opposition and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi will have an all-party meeting.

Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju will hold this traditional pre-session gathering at the main committee room of Parliament House Annex on July 21 at 11 am. The seasonal session of Parliament will begin on July 22 and end on August 12 and the budget presentation will be on July 23.

According to the requirements of government work, the session may end on August 12, an official statement from the government said.

Grassroots Congress is unlikely to attend this meeting. As the ruling party of West Bengal observes July 21 as Martyr’s Day, no representative of the party will attend the meeting, according to NDTV sources.
