Modi met Advani and Murali Manohar Joshi before taking oath as Prime Minister for the third time

New Delhi: Narendra Modi has been elected as the leader of the BJP-led NDA parliamentary party. After Rajnath Singh proposed the name of Modi, the leaders of NDA allies including Amit Shah and Nitin Gadkari have chosen Narendra Modi as their leader.

Since Modi was elected as the leader of the NDA parliamentary party, he will meet President Draupadi Murmu and demand to form the government legally. Earlier, Modi met former Deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishna Advani and Murali Manohar Joshi and took their blessings.

Modi first went to Lal Krishna Advani’s residence. After reaching there, Modi bowed to Advani by giving a bouquet of flowers. After talking for some time, both of them asked about his health. At this time Advani’s daughter Pratibha was also present there.

Later, Narendra Modi went to the residence of senior BJP leader Murali Manohar Joshi and met him. He was also given a bouquet of flowers. After that, Joshi welcomed Modi with Uttariya Swag. Modi also talked to Manohar Joshi there for some time.

Both Advani and Joshi are veteran leaders of the BJP. Both the leaders have contributed a lot in strengthening the party.
