New Delhi: The sixth phase of voting has started in the country. Voting has started for 58 parliamentary constitution. Polling will be held in 6 states and 2 Union Territories. Voting is going on for all 7 parliamentary constituencies of Delhi and all 10 Lok Sabha constitution of Haryana. Voters will decide the fate of 889 candidates in the sixth round of voting. About 11.13 crore voters will vote in this phase. Out of that 5.84 crore are male voters while 5.29 crore are female voters. Similarly, 11.4 lakh polling officers have been engaged in the sixth phase of voting.
In this phase, voting is going on for all 10 seats of Haryana including 8 Lok Sabha seats of Bihar, 1 seat of Jammu and Kashmir, 4 seats of Jharkhand, 7 seats of Delhi, 6 seats of Odisha, 14 seats of Uttar Pradesh and 8 seats of West Bengal. The voting process will start from 7 am and will continue till 6 pm. CCTV camer have been installed on the booth for security.
