Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s Sattwik swain has been selected for the FIDE World Cup Chess, which is being organized for youngsters. This budding chess star from Bhubaneswar will participate in the under 8 category. 48 contestants will participate in both boys and girls categories. Chess matches will be organized in the categories of under 8 years, under 10 years and under 12 years. Sattwik is training at the Professional Chess Training Academy.

Odisha Government Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs is managing it. Many chess stars are expected to emerge from this academy in the coming days. Everyone will be watching how Sattwik is performing in this international meet.
