Mumbai: Removing Rohit Sharma and making Hardik Pandya the captain in this IPL is becoming a costly affair for Mumbai Indians. The team has now lost three matches in a row and is under pressure. According to reports, a disgruntled Rohit may bid farewell to the Mumbai franchise after this season. He has already given information in this regard indirectly. Under the leadership of Rohit, Mumbai has won the title 5 times. The style in which he was removed from the captaincy split the team in two.

Hard leadership skills are also on the decline. After Rohit expressed his displeasure with some of his decisions, there was a commotion between the two in the dressing room. This is causing big problems as the team is not united. It seems that there is a conflict between Rohit and Hardik even on the field in some cases.
